摘 要:选择橡胶粘结剂、增强纤维、增容组分作为试验因素,以芳纶-预氧化丝混杂纤维增强橡胶基密封复合材料(NAFC)高温时效处理后的残余横向抗拉强度为指标,采用3分量有下界约束的混料回归设计法对NAFC材料的配方进行了优选,得到了模压制备工艺下混杂纤维增强NAFC材料的最优配方。并对该材料的应力松弛率、压缩回弹率、泄漏率和耐油性等基本性能进行了测试,其基本性能达到了中国国家标准的要求,且部分指标已接近或超过了国外知名企业同类产品的水平。According to regression design method,the optimum prescription of aramid and pre-oxidized fiber reinforced rubber-based sealing composite material (NAFC) was obtained,and the NAFC material was developed by molding preparation method. The relationship between the transverse tensile strength of the NAFC material after aging at elevated temperature and its main ingredients, including reinforced fibers,the compatibilizers and the rubber,was investigated. The performances of hybrid fiber reinforced NAFC material such as the stress relaxation, the compressibility, the elastic resilience ,the leakage rate and oil resistivity were tested. The results show that the performances of the NAFC material coincide with the requirements prescribed in the Chinese national standard and some performances are better than that of the products of famous corporations.
