摘  要:根据Hamrock B J &Dowson D的点接触弹流润滑(EHL)的设计理论,提出一种行星锥盘无级变速器EHL设计方法,推导出传动元件接触点的当量曲率半径和滚动速度的计算公式,分析了恒功率输出时变速器传动元件的受力,并作出相应的曲线。得出传动元件为点接触时接触区油膜厚度和膜厚比的变化规律。实例表明,选用Ub-1油,当传动比大于0.2时,膜厚比为5~7,传动元件在接触区处于弹流润滑状态。A method was presented to investigate elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) for planetary continuously variable transmission (PCVT) with cone-disk referring to simplification analysis of oil film thickness of point contact lubrication ( Hamrock B J & Dowson D). The expressions of effective curvature radius and rolling velocity of transmission components at contact points were formulated. Forces among transmission components were obtained while the PCVT works with constant output power, and their corresponding curves were drafted. Expressions of film thickness and oil film thickness ratio in contact areas were obtained while transmission components are point contact. By practice, Ub-1 oil was selected. And oil film thickness ratio ranges between 5 and 7 whilst transmission ratio is more than 0. 2. Thus there is a good EHL status at contact points of transmission components.
