汽车窗立柱软边密封材料改性配方研究

摘　　要：对汽车窗立柱的PVC软边密封用材料进行筛选,确定高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)为主体树脂,以丁腈橡胶(NBR)作为改性剂;通过调整增塑剂DOP和丁腈橡胶的用量,筛选出物理力学、加工性能理想的软边产品配方;对各配方试样进行硬度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等性能测定,筛选出较优的产品配方,并对选定的较优配方进行工艺试验。试验结果表明:HPVC与NBR的质量比为80∶20,HPVC与DOP的质量比为100∶12时,其共混物的综合性能较好。The materials used in the polyvinyl chloride （PVC） soft side of vehicle window column were selected. The highly polymerised polyvinyl chloride （HPVC） was chosen as the host resin and was modified with nitrile-butadiene rubber （NBR）. The using amount of the plasticizer DOP and NBR was adjusted. The formulae of the materials which have suitable physical character and processibility were selected. The hardness, tensile strength and breaking elongation ratio of the samples of different formulae were tested. Good formulae were selected and its process tests were done. The test result shows that if the mass ratio of HPVC ,NBR and DOP meets following conditions, HPVC： NBR = 80：20, HPVC： DOP = 100：12, the blends have good over-all properties.
