摘　　要：目的:研究服毒自杀病人的心理状态,实施有效的护理干预。方法:对98例服毒自杀病人,从性别、年龄、文化程度、自杀原因等方面进行分析,针对患者不同的心理状态,给予不同的护理干预。结果:在实施精心治疗和有效护理后,除12例病人抢救无效死亡外,其余病人均情绪稳定、康复出院。结论:对服毒自杀的病人,根据不同的心理状态,实施不同的护理干预,效果良好,是挽救病人生命的重要措施。Objective：To study the psychological state in patients with commit suicide by taking poison,so as to carry out an effective nursing intervetion.Methods：The sex,age,cultural level,the cause of commit suicide and so on in 98 patients with commit suicid by taking poison were analysed.The different nursing measures were adopted according to the different psychological states of the patients.Results： After meticulous treatment and effective nursing,aU the patients had become clam and recovered except 12 deaths.Conclusion：Taking the different nursing measures to the patients with commit suicide by taking posion according to their psychological states has a good effect, and it is an important means of saveing their lives.
