自拟中药方治疗烧伤瘙痒80例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药治疗烧伤瘙痒的疗效。方法:中药配方为:生地2 0g,当归2 0g,党参1 0g,白芍1 0g,蝉蜕5 g,浮萍5 g,酸枣仁1 0 g。水煎制出中药液2 0 0mL,分2次饮用,早晚各1次,每次1 0 0mL,3 d为1个疗程。治疗80例烧伤瘙痒。结果:治疗结束后,失访2例,显效31例,有效41例,无效6例,有效率92.31%。不良反应方面:无皮疹、皮炎、皮肤干燥、荨麻疹,更无口干、恶心、呕吐、腹痛、便秘、胃肠胀气等消化不良症状;无头晕;无嗜睡、失眠;无咳嗽;未见肝肾损害。结论:服用该中药配方是治疗烧伤瘙痒的一种有效的方法。Objective：To learn the experiences and improve the treatment on burned patient with itches. Methods ：Composition of the traditional Chinese medicine：fresh rehmannia 20 g,tangkuei 20 g,codonopsis 10 g,dioscorea 10 g,cicada molting 5 g,duckweed 5 g,spiny jujube 10 g, 200 mL solution was gathered after the composition were cooked over fire with water. The patients drank 100 mL twice every day. The treatment period was 3 days and 80 cases of burned patient with itches were treated. Results ：Two of the 80 patients quit the research,31 were apparent effective, 41 were effective and 6 was ineffective. The effective rate was 92.31%. No side-reaction were found ,including rash, dermatitis, skin-dryness, urticaria, thirst, nausea, vomit, stomachache, constipation, gastra-intestinal meteorism, vertigo, lethargia,insomia, cough, hepatic-renal injury. Conclusion ： This kind of traditional Chinese medicine is effective for treating itches for burned patients.
