摘　　要：护理记录是医疗病历中的重要组成部分。通过一系列的护理记录综合反映了病人患病期间病情的动态变化以及所采取的治疗护理的全过程。护理记录在应对医疗侵权诉讼举证责任倒置是非常重要的。分析护理记录中存在的问题,并提出为保证护理记录的原始性、正确性、完整性和作为证据的权威性,护理记录必须进一步规范和妥善保管。Nursing records are important parts of medical record. A series of nursing records can retlect the dynamic change of patient＇s condition and the whole process of the treatment. Nursing records are very important in coping with the inversion of onus probandi in medical tort lawsuit. This article try to analyze the existing problems in the nursing records, and point out that the nursing records must be further standardized and appropriately preserved in order to guarantee its originality, accuracy, integrity and authority as proofs.
