摘　　要：本文运用SWOT分析法对厦门植物园所拥有的花木资源进行深入剖析,并对我园花木资源整合及核心竞争力的构建进行深入探讨,提出植物园基于核心竞争力的花木经营策略,为厦门植物园花木业的长足发展与经营提供指导和借鉴。This paper is intended to give a detailed analysis of the the flower resources of Xiamen botanical Garden with the method of SWOT. Meanwhile a probe has been conducted into how to integrate the flower resources and how to design and develop the key competitive factors. It is suggested that the development of Xiamen botanical Garden should be based on its key competitive factors and these Administration tactics employed here can serve as guidance to the long term development and Administration of the garden flower.
