摘　　要：文章介绍了电力系统通信网的特点和需求,考虑到将来电力系统通信网中的业务需求以及发展前景,建议使用MPLS技术建立电力系统通信网。描述了MPLS技术的主要特点,探讨了MPLS VPN电力通信的质量和安全。The article brings forward the characteristics and requirements of the network in electric power system. In view of the requirement and development in electric power system, which in future, it suggested, using MPLS to construct the network. Then describes the main characteristic of the MPLS. Based on service application and customer requirement, it discussed MPLS VPN which canensure the security and quality of the electrical communications.
