摘　　要：介绍了一种圆形焊管变为方形管的孔型设计思想，采用立方孔型，使管坯平稳咬入，应用变形角θ来分配各架次变形量，使变形比较均匀。The idea about design of passes to change circle welded pipe to square pipe is introduced. Adopting a vertical Square passes, it can make the pipe body stablly run into the passes. According to the forming angle θ to distributing deformation in each pass, the more homogencous, deformation will be get.
