摘  要:采用扫描电镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪等分析研究了离子硫氮碳共渗层表面与次表面形貌特征与相结构,探讨了其形成机制.结果表明:硫氮碳共渗表层为以硫化物颗粒组成的多层层状结构,其成分及层数随共渗气氛硫势的变化而变化;次表层为致密的氮碳化物层和氮、碳扩散层,这种渗层结构是其具有良好减摩性、跑合性与耐磨性的原因.With the help of scanning electron microscope, energy - dispersive x - ray analyzer and x - ray diffractometer, the plasma sulphur-nitrocarburised case’s surface and subsurface characteristics of topography and phase were analysed,The mechanism for the formation of the surface sulphides layer was proposed. It was found that the surface sulphides were composed of many layers, which were composed of small particles. The composition and the number of the multilayer changed with the change of the sulpher potential in the treating atmosphere. The subsurface consisted of a dense carbonitride compound zone and a diffusion zone. This kind of structure made the treated case have good properties of friction-reducing, running-in and wear-resistance.
