摘  要:介绍了5000kg/d垃圾焚烧飞灰熔融固化试验炉结构特点,分析研究了垃圾焚烧飞灰化学成分、灰熔点对熔融固化炉炉膛截面热负荷、容积热负荷值的选取以及炉内衬耐火材料抗碱浸蚀抗高温性能的影响因素。对试验装置炉内各点温度变化和随着温度水平提高,炉内阻力减少的原因进行了分析,对飞灰熔融物用722S分光光度计和IRIS1000等离子体发射光谱仪进行浸出毒性鉴别,结果显示检测值均低于浸出毒性鉴别标准。应用数值模拟方法对炉内的速度场、温度场和飞灰颗粒浓度分布进行了计算分析,指出采用单通道送风比双通道送风对飞灰熔融颗粒收集更有利。:This paper introduced the structure and features of 5000kg/d melting and curing test farnace for refuse incineration fly ash. It is analyzed and studied that the chemical composition and the ash fusion point of refuse incineration fly ash are the factors to choose the value about furnace cross - section heat release rate and the volumetric heat release rate for the melting and curing furnace, as well as to affect the performance of anti - alkali etching and high temperature resistant for lining refractory. The reason about the resistance reducing in the furnace as the furnace temperature level rises. For the fly ash melts the toxicity leaching discrimination is made by 722S spectrophotometer and IRIS1000 plasma emission - spectrometer, the results display that the detected values are all less than the standard of toxicity leaching discrimination. Applying the numerical simulation method to calculate and analyze the velocity field, temperature field and concentration distribution of fly ash particle in the furnace, it is indicated that the air supply adopting single channel to collect the particles of fly ash melts is more favorable than adopting double channel.
