摘　　要：出洞是大型泥水平衡盾构法隧道施工中极其重要的工序。通过对上海市上中路隧道工程盾构出洞施工中地基加固、基座安装、止水装置安装、后靠体系建立、泥水处理、同步注浆等技术的总结,以及大型泥水平衡盾构出洞施工时应注意的问题及措施,可为类似软土地基的超大型泥水平衡盾构施工提供借鉴。The shield moving-out is a kind of very important procedures in the tunnel construction with large-scale slurry balanced shield. The paper summarizes some technologies for the shield moving-out construction of Shangzhong Road Tunnel Project in Shanghai such as foundation consolidation, base installation, water-stopping fitting installation, back supporting system establishment, slurry treatment and synchronous grouting, points out attentions that should be paid in the construction of large-scale slurry balanced shield moving-out and gives countermeasures for reference to super large-scale slurry balanced shield construction for similar soft soil foundation.
