摘 要:针对基于CAD软件的船舱容量计算成本较高、计算复杂、并且精度固定的缺点,实现了一种独立于CAD系统,基于型值点的舱容算法,用较低的成本,就可以方便快速地计算出船舱中液体的容积。基于船舶栈线型值点数据,建立了船舱曲面的描述网格,实现了曲面与船舱中液体平面的求交运算,并进一步实现了液体容积的计算。算法的精度可以通过调整网格的密度加以满足,算例结果证明了该算法的可行性和可靠性。Direct against the defects of high cost, complicated computation and fixed accuracy of calculation on cabin capacity based on CAD software, a kind of cabin capacity computing method based on nodal point, which stands alone to the CAD system, was realized. By applying a rather low cost the capacity of liquid inside the cabin could be conveniently and rapidly calculated out. The descriptive mesh of curved cabin surface was established based on the data of nodal points of ship warehouse line, thus realized the intersection computation between the curved surface and the plane of liquid inside the cabin, and further more achieved the computation of liquid volume. The accuracy of computation can be fulfilled by means of adjusting the density of meshes. The result of computational example verified the feasibility and reliability of this method.
