摘　　要：人性化设计对产品和系统的商品化起着决定性作用。从人性化的角度分析了当前CAPP难于广泛实用化的原因,研究了CAPP人性化研究的历程,阐述了以人为本的CAPP系统特征,并在人性化设计思想指导下提出了基于A-gent的CAPP设计思想,建立了其系统框架,构造了系统中Agent的典型结构。Humanized design played a decisive role on the commercialization of products and its system. Start from the angle of humanization this paper analyzed the reason for the difficulty of CAPP to be widely applied at present. The course of CAPP humanization research has been studied; the user friendly CAPP systematic characteristics was expounded. And under the guidance of humanized thought of design the CAPP thought of design based on Agent was put forward, its frame of system was established, and the typical structure of Agent in the system was constructed.
