摘　　要：介绍了矿产资源资产的概念、特点、价值构成、影响矿产资源资产价值的因素以及国内矿业权评估的三种途径,并简单分析了现有矿业权评估理论和技术存在的问题。This paper Introduce the concept, characteristics and value composing of mineral resources, and the factors influencing the value of mineral resources assert and three approaches of mining right valuation. Then, it analyzes the current problems of mining right valuation theory and technology simply.
