摘  要:采用白度化红磷对30%玻纤增强PBT进行阻燃改性,研究了白度化红磷对PBT复合材料阻燃性能的影响。实验表明,当白度化红磷质量分数为21%时,复合材料的氧指数达到30%,阻燃级别FV0;当其质量分数为25%时,氧指数达到最大值31%,之后随用量的增加,氧指数开始下降。白度化红磷与MPP复配体系有着良好的协效阻燃效果。PBT、玻纤、白度化红磷、MPP的质量配比为50/30/15/5时,复合材料的氧指数达到28%,阻燃级别FV0。甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝的弹性体(POE)是体系有效的增韧剂,其质量分数仅5%就使得材料的缺口冲击强度值有较大提高。Glass fiber (30%) reinforced PBT composite was flame retardation modified by whitening red phosphorus, and the effect of the whitening red phosphorus on the flame-retardance of the PBT composite was investigated.The results showed when the mass percentage of the whitening red phosphorus was 21% , the oxygen index of the composite would come up to 30%, and the flame retardant grade would be of FV-0, and when the mass percentage reached to 25 %, the oxygen index would come up to the maximum, being 31%, then with the increase of the content, the oxygen index began to decrease. The compound of whitening red phosphorus with MPP had good synergistic effect on flame retardancy. When the compounding ratio (by mass percentage) of PBT, glass fiber, whitening red phosphorus and MPP was 50/30/15/5, the oxygen index of the composite would be 28 %, and the flame retardant grade was of FV-0. GMA-g-POE was an effective toughener for the composite, when themass percentage of GMA-g-POE was 5 %, the notched impact strength of the composite would be increased observably.
