摘　　要：针对现有快速成型服务企业通常只凭经验提供报价,既不准确又不具有说服力,难以获得客户的认可的特点,在分析光固化快速成型制造成本组成的基础上,开发了基于模型扫描矢量计算的报价系统。算例结果表明:利用该报价系统能准确地得到快速成型零件的加工费用,该报价系统对于企业缩短报价周期和赢得客户具有重要的作用。Rapid prototyping enterprises usually make bid by experience, which is not accurate and could not be accepted by customers. Based on the analysis of the cost of light solidification rapid prototyping, a pricing system based on accurate scan-vector count of a model is developed. The result of a case study showed that the processing cost of the parts of a rapid prototyping system could be made by using this pricing system, which could shorten the bid making period and was easy to be accepted by customers.
