摘  要:将尼龙1212盐和尼龙66盐按照9∶1(质量比)的配比合成了尼龙1212/66共聚物。选择EPDMgMA和两种不同的小分子增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯/N丁基苯磺酰胺,采用共混挤出的方法,制备了尼龙1212/66/EPDMgMA/DIDP/BSBA共混合金,并对其力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着EPDMgMA用量的增加,共混合金的冲击强度明显提高。当EPDMgMA质量系数为10%时,缺口冲击强度为86.8kJ/m2,是尼龙1212/66共聚物的17倍左右;拉伸强度保持率是尼龙1212/66共聚物的90%左右。Nylon 1212/66 copolymer was synthesized from nylon 1212 salt and nylon 66 salt (mass ratio 9: 1) . Two kinds of different plasticizers DIDP/BSBA and toughness agent EPDM-g-MA were used in the preparation of nylon 1212/66/EPDM-g-MA/DIDP/BSBA blends by means of blending extrusion, and the mechanical properties of the prepared blendwere studied. The results indicated that the impact strength of the blend increased obviously with the increase of the content of EPDM-g-MA. When the mass percentage of EPDM-g-MA was up to 10%, the notched Izod impact strength was 86.8 kJ/m^2, which was 17 times of that of nylon 1212/66 copolymer, and the retention of tensile strength was about 90 % of that of nylon 1212/66 copolymer.
