摘　　要：在政府投资的林业生态工程项目中引入市场机制、竞争机制和利益机制，探索市场化运作的项目管理模式将是未来林业生态工程项目管理的发展趋势。从完善项目法人责任制度；项目咨询市场；推行全方位工程监理制度；以及全面实施工程招投标制度和项目监督评价制度等方面，探索建立林业生态工程建设市场化外部运行机制。it is inclined to introduce market mechanism, competition mechanism and profit mechanism into project of Forestry Ecological Engineering with government investment and to explore the project management model under the market-oriented operation.From improving project legal person＇s responsibility system and Consult market in project; Pursue the omrfi-directional system of engineering supervision; And implement bid system, supervise system and evaluation system, etc. in all-round way; the paper tries to explore the construction of the market-oriented exterior operation mechanism in project of Forestry Ecological Engineering from the angle of completing project management system.
