摘　　要：通过对现行体制下国内造林活动的基本过程和外援林业项目中的参与式造林过程进行比较，分析了应用参与式方法开展国内造林的必要性和难点，提出了引入参与式理念开展国内造林工作的建议。Through the comparison on the basic process between the domestic afforestation under current domestic management system and the participatory afforestation in the forestry projects funded by foreign investment., the paper analyses the necessity and the difficulties on the application of participatory method in domestic afforestation, suggestions to apply participatory theory to domestic afforestation are put forward.
