摘　　要：建立了HPLC法测定全缘千里光碱脂质体凝胶剂的含量。采用C_(18)柱,流动相为水-乙腈(70：30,pH 8．6),检测波K213nm。全缘千里光碱在20～180μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96．9%,RSD为1．2%。A HPLC method was established for the determination of integerrimine liposome gel. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of water-acetonitrile （70：30, pH 8.6 ）, at the detection wavelength of 213nm. The calibration curve of integerrimine was linear in the range of 20 - 180μg/ml. The average recovery was 96.9 % with RSD of 1.2 %.
