摘 要:心肌缺血45min,再灌注180min复制兔急性心肌缺血再灌注模型。用亚硝酸盐法测定心肌SOD活性,用硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定心肌MDA含量。分别观察了等容血液稀释、1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)以及二者联合应用对兔缺血再灌注心肌SOD活性和MDA含量的影响。实验共分4组:1组(对照组);2组(稀释组);3组(FDP组);4组(稀释+FDP组)。结果:①与1组缺血区心肌MDA含量相比,2、3、4组均显著降低(P<0.05);4组又明显低于2、3组(P<0.05)。②2、3、4组缺血区心肌SOD活性均明显高于1组(P<0.05);4组与2、3组相比又有所升高,但无显著差异。提示:等容血液稀释和FDP均能通过保护SOD活性及降低MDA含量而保护缺血再灌注心肌;二者合用效果更加明显,表现出良好的协同效应。The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effects of hemodilution, FDP and the combined treatment of the two interventions on isc hemic reperfused myocardium.45 min coronary artery occlusion was followed by 180min reperfusion in order to reproduce acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion models, which were divided into four groups : Group 1(controls); Group 2(Hemodilution); Group 3(FDP)and Group 4(Hemodilution+FDP).MDA production in myocardium was determined with TBA method and SOD activities with nitrite method. Results :①MDA contents in Group 2, 3 and 4 decreased significantly as compared with those in Group 1(P<0. 05), and those in Group 4 decreased further;②SOD activities in Group 2, 3 and 4 increased more significantly than those in Group 1(P<0.05).The results indicated that the effects of the combined treatment were much better than those of any one which was used alone.
