四种新疆地产植物药对小鼠实验性高血脂的预防作用

摘　　要：目的探讨新疆地产中药红花、益母草、丝瓜络、赤芍的调血脂作用。方法110只昆明种小鼠,随机分为11组,各组均普通饲料喂养10d。空白对照组每只每天腹腔注射生理盐水,高脂模型组和各给药组每只每天腹腔注射75%蛋黄乳液0.1mL/10g;对照组和高脂模型组灌胃生理盐水,各给药组灌胃不同浓度的药物,连续10d,第11天取血,测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)。结果红花、丝瓜络、益母草、赤芍均具有明显降低高脂血症小鼠TG、LDL-C的作用,赤芍还具有一定的降低TC作用,但降低作用均弱于血脂康组。结论红花、丝瓜络、益母草、赤芍等中药具有一定的调血脂作用。Objective To study the effect of Carthamus, Lenourus Heterophyllus, Luffa Cylindricd[L.] Roem, Radix Paeonieae Rubra in serum lipid. Methods 110 mice were divided randomly into 11 groups. Saline was given to control group, milk of yolk （75%） was given to model group and experimental group at dose of 0.1 mL/10g by abdominal injection, respectively. Saline was given to control group and model group, drug was given to experimental group by orally administration, respectively. TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C of serum lipid were employed to detect after mice were given to drug for 10 days. Results Four botanicals drugs （Carthamus, Lenourus Heterophyllus, Luffa Cylindricd[L.] Roem, Radix Paeonieae Rubra） decrease TG, LDL-C. It indicates that the effect of XueZhiKang capsule in reducing hyperlipidemia is better than the four botanicals. Conclusion Four botanicals drugs （Carthamus, Lenourus Heterophyllus, Luffa Cylindricd[L.] Roem, Radix Paeonieae Rubra） display effects in adjust serum lipid.
