活脑康对大鼠脑缺血后p53和Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死大鼠脑组织p53和Bc l-2的变化及中药活脑康的保护作用。方法将40只健康W istar大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组(A)、假手术组(B)、模型组(C)、活脑康治疗组(D)、步长脑心通组(E),采用线栓法制备局灶性脑缺血模型,应用免疫组化方法,测定各组p53和Bc l-2的表达水平及活脑康治疗后对其影响。结果活脑康能降低缺血周围区p53蛋白的表达,增高缺血周围区Bc l-2蛋白的表达,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论活脑康可抑制脑细胞凋亡,减轻缺血性损伤,保护损伤脑组织。Objective To explore the change of p53 and Bcl - 2 in cerebral tissue after acute cerebral infarction in rats and the protection of Herbal medicine therapy Huonaokang. Methods 50 healthy wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups ： normal control（ A）, sham operation（ B）, model（ C）, Huonaokang （ D） and buchangnaoxintong positive control（ E） ,We firstly establish cerebral ischemia rat model by using thread blockage, and then detect the expression of Bcl - 2 and inflences of Herbal medicine therapy Huonaokang by immunity histochemical method. Result Contrary to model group , Herbal medicine Huonaokang can decrease the expression of p53 around ischemic area,and promote protein Bc1-2 to express（ P 〈0.001 ）. Conclusion Huonaokang can be discriped Huonaokang inhibit epoptosis, lessen of ischemic iniurv and Droteist injured brain tissue.
