摘　　要：目的研究格雷夫斯病甲状腺肿大与T细胞亚群的关系。方法初诊或复发的格雷夫斯病患者经甲状腺B超筛选出甲状腺肿大组19例,甲状腺不大组16例,均抽血查T细胞亚群,两组进行比较。结果甲状腺肿大组与甲状腺不大组的T细胞亚群无显著性差异。结论格雷夫斯病甲状腺肿大与T细胞亚群异常程度无关。Objective To study the relationship between goiter and T cell subsets in Grave＇ s disease. Method The patients with new or recurrent Grave＇s disease were divided into two groups which are 19 cases of goiter group and 16 cases of non-goiter group through B type ultrasound, and taken blood for T cell subsets, two groups were compared. Result The difference of T cell subsets between two groups is not obvious. Conclusion Goiter of Grave＇ s disease isn＇t relative with the degree of T cell subsets.
