摘　　要：目的通过对TRT4半自动血凝仪线性关系,准确性等的检测,更好地了解和使用该仪器。方法用不同浓度的PT、APTT、FIB标准定值血浆分别检测TRT4半自动血凝仪的线性关系、精密度、主要干扰物影响。结果该仪器的线性关系的相关系数在0.9941～0.9983,精密度CV值(0.78～4.8)%之间,主要干扰物对检测结果无明显影响。结论TRT4半自动血凝仪的各项技术指标符合要求,精密度高,准确性好,干扰物影响少,可开展项目多,操作简单,其重复性优于手工操作,适合国内中小型实验室使用。Objective According to the detection of TRT4 semi-automatic blood-congeal analyzer抯 linearity and accuracy, we can acknowledge and apply the apparatus better. Methods We apply the criteriosn of PT＇ s, APTT＇ s, FIB＇ s different consistency to evaluate sanguine which can be used to detect TRT4 semi-automatic blood-congeal analyzer＇s linearity, accuracy and the affection of disturbance. Results The analyzer＇s related coefficient of linearity is between 0.9941 to 0.9983, and the accuracy of CV 0.78% to 4.8%. It is found that the primary disturbance do not have notable affection to the detection. Conclusion The TRT4 semi-automatic blood-congeal analyzer＇ s each technique＇ s index correspond to the requirement. It is suitable for the domestic medium and pint-sized laboratory to use, because of the high accuracy and veracity, small affection to disturbance, many articles to extend, simple operation and its repetition have a advantage to manual operation.
