摘　　要：信息网络的发展使大学生对创新成才有了更多的憧憬,越来越多的大学生渴望在网络的信息大海中捕捉机遇、撷取新知、奋发成才,这就要求大学生利用成才的全新技术平台,强化大学生网络创新与成才心理,学会大学生网络创新与成才心理调适。Information interact＇ s development makes university students have more yearning for creating and growing into useful person. More and more university students hope that they catch opportunity, receive new knowledge, struggle for becoming useful persons. This demands that university students use the new technology stage of growing into useful person, intensify internet innovation and psychology of becoming useful persons ,learn well harmonious interact innovation and growing into useful person ＇s.
