摘　　要：思想政治工作者,树立威信不靠权不靠钱,主要靠从品德、胸怀、才能以及情感等非权力因素中提高自身的威信。As an ideological political worker, to establish prestige should not depend on neither ascendance nor money, but rely on moral character,bosom,ability,and feelings beyond ascendance and so forth factors to improve his own prestige.
