摘  要:通过测定保存不同时间后未移植胰腺组织内6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)(6-keto-PGF_(1α))及血栓素B_2(TXB_2)含量,对川芎嗪改善胰腺保存效果的作用机制作出初步探讨。6-keto-PGF_(1α)及TXB_2测定结果显示:加川芎嗪对6-keto-PGF_(1α)无明显影响,对TXB_2则能显著性降低,6-keto-PGF_(1α):TXB_2的比值在加川芎嗪组最大,认为川芎嗪主要通过抑制TXA_2合成,升高PGI_2:TXA_2的比值,发挥PGI_2的保护作用,抑制TXA_2合成,就保护了内皮细胞,保证了器官再灌注时有充足的血供,使保存导致的实质细胞损伤易修复,从而达到一定程度的改善器官保存作用,这可能是川芎嗪改善器官保存的主要机理之一。In order to study the mechanism of ligustrazine in improving rat pancreas preservation, 6-keto-PGF_(1α) and TXB_2 level of pancreas tissues that had been preserved for various time were examined. The result showed that ligustrazine had no obvious effect on 6-keto-PGF_(1α), but could obviously reduce TXB_2 level and increase the radio of 6-keto PGF_(1α) to TXB_2 suggesting that ligustrazine improved preservation mainly through inhibiting TXA_2 production, and increasing the radio of PGI_2 to TXA_2, thereby protecting the endothelium. These effects could ensure adequate blood supply, which facilitated the repair of injured parenchymal cells.
