摘　　要：由于PACS系统需要一个高性能的存储系统的支撑,本文重点讨论了PACS的存储管理系统方案、PACS对计算机存储体系的要求、如何选择适当的存储架构以及PACS设计原则和分析方法.Picture Archiving and Communication System（PACS） must be supported by a high capablity image archiving system. In this paper,the advantages and shortcomings of there resolve schemes, the demand on medical image archiving in PACS, and how to choose the storage architecture,and design principle and methods of analysis are compared.
