地市级医院医务人员信息素养培养的实践与探索

摘　　要：本文结合我院实际情况,从信息素养的内涵出发,分析了地市级医院医务人员信息素养的现状及提高其信息素养的必要性,从部门配合、信息资源环境建设、培养内容等方面探索了提高医务人员信息素养的途径与措施,推动了医院可持续发展。This article introduces the basic conception of information literacy, puts forward the actuality and urgency to strength information literacy of medical staffs, and discuss the way and measure of information literacy of medical staffs, and promotes sustainable development in the local hospital.
