摘 要:采用二次回归通用旋转组合设计,利用多种植物激素(IAA,GA,6-BA)不同浓度和浸泡砧木根时间的组合,研究了其对橡胶树(Heveabrasiliensis)籽苗接芽萌动的影响。通过建立模型和计算机模拟选优,研究了各项参试因子对接芽萌动速率比CK快的天数的单因子效应以及各因子间的互作效应,并初步确定了激素与处理时间的优化组合方案:IAA,GA,6-BA浓度分别为8 ̄25,28 ̄68,54 ̄67μg/mL,浸根时间为20 ̄25min;当IAA,6-BA浓度分别为19,50μg/mL,浸泡砧木根25min时,即可得处理苗木比不处理苗木提早25d。Three phytohormones dipping to observe the effect of the (IAA, GA, 6-BA) at different concentrations phytohomones on promoting scion bud growth were used to treat root stocks by in the mini-budding seedling of Hevea brasiliensis. A general rotary unitized design of quadratic regression was arranged for the phytohormones and treatment time for root stocks. The resultant data of factors were used to set up a model for simulated selection of best combinations to observe the effect of factors on the single factorial effect of days in which the treatments promoted scion bud growth faster than the control, as well as the mutual effect of factors. A preliminary optimum combination for phytohormones and treatment time was selected.
