摘　　要：首先介绍了测控网络中传输时延、系统时差与网络校时之间的关系,然后提出了一种新的系统时差网络计算方法,用以提高网络校时的精确度。最后,阐述了网络传输时延的各种测量方法和系统时差网络计算的实现方法,分析了网络校时要素和系统时间设定要素。Firstly, the relationship among transmission delay, system time difference and adjusting network time in measurement and control network is introduced. And a new network computing way for system time difference in order to advance the precision of adjusting network time is presented. Finally, the various measurements and implementation ways are expatiated, and the factors of adjusting network time and setting system time are analyzed.
