摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术中不使用钛夹的特点(或优点)。方法我科自2001年3月～2006年2月对215例腹腔镜胆囊切除术术中采用镜下腔内丝线结扎替代钛夹结扎胆囊动脉、胆囊管。结果全部病例顺利完成手术,无中转开腹,无术后大出血、胆瘘等并发症发生。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术,借助镜下腔内器械丝线结扎,不使用钛夹,手术安全可靠,操作简单,费用低廉具有临床实用价值。Objective To investigate the advantages of without titanium clips during laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods From March 2001 to February 2006,215 cases underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy which cystic artery and cystic duct were ligated by silk sutures to replace the tatanium clips. Results The operations were completed unevenfully in all cases. No patient was transferrd to open abdominal surgery. No massive bleeding,and biliary leakage etc complications were found after operation. Conclusion LC with silk ligation asisted endoscopic instrument possesses advantages of without use titanium clips, safe, reliable, simple manipulation and lower cost.
