摘　　要：计费数据采集与传输为计费系统采集必要的计费数据,并把数据准确地传送到目的地。计费数据采集与传输是计费系统的前提和基础,其性能直接影响着计费系统的好坏。错综复杂的网络和通信,对计费数据采集与传输的要求也越来越高:计费数据采集与传输要可靠、实时,要有友好的用户界面。针对以上要求,对它们的框架、模型及计费数据的采集方式、使用的协议等进行了研究和探讨。Data acquisition and transfers collect necessary billing data for billing system and transfer billing data to the destination. Data acquisition and transfers are the precondition and basis of billing system and its performance has a direct impact on the quality of billing system. People require higher and higher quality of data acquisition and transfers in intricate network and communication. Data acquisition and transfers are studied and probed into, and amalgamation billing data acquisition and transfers is designed and realized based on the background analysed above in the essay. The frame, model of data acquisition and transfers in billing, the mode of data acquisition in billing and the protocols used are studied based on the practice of data acquisition.
