糖尿病患者闭合性踝关节骨折的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病患者闭合性踝关节骨折的手术治疗效果。方法16例糖尿病踝关节骨折患者,男9例,女7例,均为Ⅱ型糖尿病,采用钢板和/或加压螺钉固定,术后3个月内避免患肢负重。结果随访9～20个月,14例平均于术后12周(8～20周)骨折愈合,3例出现手术切口感染,1例内固定失败,2例骨折延迟愈合,患肢踝关节功能良好。结论完善围手术期处理,延长患肢不负重时间,可提高闭合性糖尿病踝关节骨折患者的手术治疗安全性。Objective To observe the result of operation managment of diabetic patients who sustain closed ankle fractures. Methods 16 diabetic patients who sustain closed ankle fractures, 9 male ,7 female , fixed the fractures with plate and/or compression screw, protected weight bearing during 3 months. Results 14 fractures healed within an average of 12 weeks （range 8-20 weeks）. The follow-up 9-20 months, 3 infection of operative incision,1 failure of internal fixation ,2 late healed ,ankle functions of the operated limbs were satisfactory. Conclusion Through prolonged non-weight bearing and good management in operation, it may decrease the risk of the operation managment of diabetic patients who sustain closed ankle fracture.
