摘　　要：介绍了一种基于CS5460A的单相多费率电能表的设计。该电能表有精确计时、分时管理、电量统计等功能,具有红外通信接口,可以通过手持红外抄录器对电能表进行数据读取、校准等操作。其硬件部分主要采用电能表专用芯片CA5460A及单片机AT89C4051等,软件部分的设计则利用了实时操作系统RTX51 Tiny。给出了硬件电路图,讨论了软件的设计方法。This paper introduces a design of single - phase multi - rate power meter based on CS5460A. This power meter has vailous functions including accurate timing, interval management, power counting. Besides those, an infrared interface is provided as well. Operations such as calibration and reading/writing the data of the power can be done by a infrared hand - held read/ write device. The hardware of the system is designed with CS5460A and AT89CA051 ,and the software of it is based on RTX51 Tiny. The way to program the system software is discussed,and the hardware circuit diagram is also presented.
