摘　　要：企业客户资源管理系统是企业信息化的主要组成部分,他可以对企业客户资源进行科学高效的管理。系统采用Browser/Server结构进行开发,用户只要通过Web浏览器就可以调用系统资源完成各种任务,这样大大简化了客户端,减轻了系统维护与升级的成本和工作量,同时浏览器易于使用,便于培训。主要论述了开发此系统的逻辑模型,结合现实系统应具有的基本功能以及开发过程中所用到的关键算法加以论述。The Business＇s customers MIS is the main constitution of the development of information technology, it can manage the customers resources scientifically and efficiently. This system is based on Browser/Server structure, users can access the system resources by Web browser to complete various tasks,this greatly simplified the customer side, reduced system maintenance and upgrading costs and workload, and the browser accessible, training easy. This article is mainly about the logical model which the system used, the basic function which this system should combine with practice and the essential algorithm which in the performance history used.
