摘　　要：随着生物安全在全球越来越受到重视，国内陆续开始P3、P4生物安全实验室的建立。该文简单介绍了全球SARS、艾滋病（AIDS）、高致病性禽流感等研究普遍采用的符合P3、P4级生物安全实验室要求的专用较大型高温高压灭菌器的特点和性能。重点介绍山东新华医疗器械股份有限公司出品的生物安全实验室P4级专用灭菌器研制与应用。Chinese government is increasingly thinking much of the construction of P3 and P4 biosafe laboratory with the spread of highly pathogenic avian influenza. This paper mainly described the development feature and application performance of the special large sterilizer with high- temperature and high- pressure for the P3 and P4 biosafe laboratory used for the study on highly pathogenic avian influenza, AIDS, and SARS.
