高技术企业协作R&D网络的特征、组织模式及其竞争优势研究

摘　　要：先对协作R&D网络进行了理论解释,然后分析了高技术企业协作R&D网络的特征,进一步研究了其组织模式。最后,根据联盟竞争理论分析了高技术企业协作R&D网络的竞争优势。Firstly, the theoretical backgrounds of the existence of cooperation R＆D network organizations are explained. Secondary, we analyzed the characteristics of Hi - Tech enterprise cooperation R＆ D network, and studied its organization mode. Lastly, the competition advantage of Hi - Tech enterprise cooperation R＆D network is analyzed based on the theory of competitive alliance.
