摘 要:开展了钢板与Al-28Pb半固态浆料的铸轧复合研究,利用界面铁铝化合物比率定量地确定了复合板的界面结构,得到了界面结构对界面力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,界面铁铝化合物比率与界面剪切强度之间存在非线性关系,当界面铁铝化合物比率小于70%时,界面剪切强度随着界面铁铝化合物比率的增大而逐渐增大;当界面铁铝化合物比率大于70%时,界面剪切强度随着界面铁铝化合物比率的增大而逐渐减小;当界面铁铝化合物比率为70%左右时,可得到复合界面最大界面剪切强度约为70MPa。The effects of interface structure on mechanical properties of the interface were examined by quantitatively determining interface structure of semi-solid steel-Al-Pb compound plate using Re-Al compound ratio on the interface. The nonlinear relationship between Re-Al compound ratio on the interface and interfacial shearing strength has been observed. When the Re-Al compound ratio on the interface is lower than 70%, the interfacial shearing strength can be gradually increased with increasing in Fe-Al compound ratio. When the ratio is higher than 70%, the interfacial shearing strength can be gradually decreased with the increase of the ratio. The maximum interfacial shearing strength of 70 MPa can be observed when the Fe-Al compound ratio on the interface is about 70%.
