摘  要:论述了氨合成塔的设计原则,介绍了国内国昌公司NC型、安淳公司ⅢJD型18万t/a氨合成塔以及国外卡萨利公司、托普索公司18万t/a氨合成塔的内件结构特点、工艺流程和生产使用情况;结合生产实际应用数据,对4种氨合成塔进行了综合比较。结果表明,从合成系统氨净值比较,国内水平与国外尚存一定差距,国外托普索合成塔优于卡萨利合成塔的指标。Design principle of ammonia converter was discussed, the author has separately introduced the structure features of internal for NC type ammonia converter (Guochang Company) and mJD type ammonia converter( Anchun Company) with a capacity of 180 kt/a ammonia and for the ammo- nia converters with a capacity of 180 kt/a for foreign Casale company and Topsφe company , process flow and production application situation; in combination with actual application data in production, comprehensive comparison was made for four kinds of ammonia converters. The result indicates that from comparison of net ammonia value in synthetic system, the definite difference exists yet between domestic level and foreign level, the index of foreign Topsφe ammonia converter is better than that of Casale converter.
