摘　　要：针对原造气系统吹风气回收装置存在的配置不合理问题,重新设置了燃烧炉直径为7 500 mm的吹风气余热回收装置,实行集热回收。介绍了该装置的工艺流程、技术特点、主要设备、原料标准和产品技术规格;论述了装置的运行工艺指标和安装注意事项;对装置的生产使用情况和经济效益进行了分析和总结。In allution to unreasonable problems of configuration existing in blowdown gas recovery unit of the original gasification system, the blowdown gas waste heat recovery unit of combusion furnace with a diameter of φ7 500 mm was rearranged to perform heat collection recovery. The process flow, technology feature, main equipment, raw material standard and product specification of this unit were introduced, the operating process index and the installation attention matters of this unit were discussed, analysis and summarization were made for the usage situation and economic effect of this unit.
