摘　　要：针对脱硫胺液再生塔贫液冲击区和重沸器出口处壳体、内封头严重腐蚀的问题,从入塔介质、循环胺液中污物、系统负荷、再生塔重沸器结构等方面分析了导致腐蚀的原因,从工艺、设备、操作管理等方面提出了防范措施。In allution to serious corrosion problems of shell and inner head at the impact area of poor solution of de-sulfur ammonium liquid regenerator and at the outlet of reboiler, the caused reason of corrosion was analyzed from aspects of incoming medium of column, polluted material in circulating ammonium liquid, system load and structure etc. of regenerator/reboiler, and the preventive measures were supposed from aspects of process, equipment, operation management etc,.
