皂角提取物对心肌缺血犬心肌梗死的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察皂角提取物对犬心肌梗死的保护作用,并评价其对犬心肌缺血的药效。方法将20只实验犬随机分为皂角提取物组、地奥心血康组、银杏叶组和模型组;手术结扎犬冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)造成急性心肌梗死模型,观察各组犬血流动力学和心肌氧代谢参数及心肌梗死面积、血清酶学变化。结果皂角提取物可显著地降低心肌缺血犬的心肌耗氧量,缩小心肌梗死范围,降低血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的活性。结论皂角提取物能显著减少心肌耗氧量,对缺血心肌具有保护作用。OBJECTIVE To observe the protective effects on acute myocardial infarction of the extractive of Gieditsia sinensis Lain in dog,and to evaluate the pharmacedynamic action of the extractives on myocardial ischemia dog. METHODS A total of 20 dogs were divided into the extractive group, Di＇ ao Xinxue Kang group, Ginkgo leaf group, and control group. The hemedynamics and cardial oxygen metabolism,the myocardial infarct size,and the changes of the enzymes in serum were determined by using the acute myocardial infarction model of ligation of left anterior descending （LAD） in the anaesthetized dogs. RESULTS The cardial oxygen consumption, myocardial infarct size, the activity of serum creatine kinase （CK） and lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） were decreased in acute myocardial infarction dogs treated with the extractive. CONCLUSION The extractive can decrease ca/dial oxygen consumption in dogs,thus having protective effects on myocardial ischemia.
