盐酸戊乙奎醚气雾剂对豚鼠和麻醉兔喷雾吸入的平喘作用

摘　　要：目的评价盐酸戊乙奎醚的平喘作用。方法采用整体豚鼠药物引喘法及家兔肺溢流改良法试验。结果盐酸戊乙奎醚喷雾吸入0.5 m.gm l-1,平喘作用与0.5 m.gm l-1盐酸异丙肾上腺素作用相当,其平喘的半数有效浓度EC50=0.29 m.gm l-1。盐酸戊乙奎醚喷雾吸入后可明显扩张麻醉兔的肺和支气管,降低肺溢流量,作用与同浓度的异丙肾上腺素相似。结论盐酸戊乙奎醚喷雾吸入有一定的平喘作用。OBJECTIVE To study anti - asthmatic effects of Penehyclidine hydrochloride on guinea pig and rabbit. METHODS The methods of asthma in guinea pigs and airoverflow of the lungs in rabbits were employed. RESULTS Anti - asthmatic effects of Penehyelidine hydrochloride aerosol （0.50 mg·ml^-1 ） was equivalent to that of isoprenaline （ 0.50 mg·ml^-1 ）. The medium effective concentration（ECs0） was 0. 29 mg·ml^-1. To inhale Penehyelidine hydrochloride aerosol could siguifieantly dilate lung and broneh, inhibit the airoverflow level of the lungs in anaesthesia rabbits. Its effect was equivalent to that of isoprenaline. CONCLUSION Penehyelidine hydrochloride aerosol has anti - asthmatic effect.
