摘  要:目的建立栀子柏皮汤中甘草次酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,Phenomenex Luna C18柱;流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(65:35:0.8);检测波长250nm。结果甘草次酸在0.276-5.530μg范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD=2.2%(n=6)。结论所建方法准确、简便、专属性好。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for content determination of glycyrrhetinic acid in Zhizi Baipi soup. METHODS An HPLC method was adopted. A Phenomenex Luna C18 column was used with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile - water - acetic acid (65:35:0.8) and the detective wavelength was set at 250 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of glycyrrhetinic acid was linear within 0.276-5.530μg(r=0.9999).Theaverage recovery was 100.7% with RSD of 2.2%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is accurate, simple. It is suitable for the content determination of glycyrrhetinic acid in Zhizi Baipi soup.
