摘　　要：目的建立栀子柏皮汤中甘草次酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，Phenomenex Luna C18柱；流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸（65：35：0．8）；检测波长250nm。结果甘草次酸在0．276-5．530μg范围内线性良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为100．7％，RSD=2．2％（n=6）。结论所建方法准确、简便、专属性好。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for content determination of glycyrrhetinic acid in Zhizi Baipi soup. METHODS An HPLC method was adopted. A Phenomenex Luna C18 column was used with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile - water - acetic acid （65：35：0.8） and the detective wavelength was set at 250 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve of glycyrrhetinic acid was linear within 0.276-5.530μg（r=0.9999）.Theaverage recovery was 100.7% with RSD of 2.2%（n=6）.CONCLUSION The method is accurate, simple. It is suitable for the content determination of glycyrrhetinic acid in Zhizi Baipi soup.
