摘  要:研究了直喷式柴油机燃烧噪声与一级影响因素的关系。通过多元统计分析法,建立了动力载荷、压力高频振荡与燃烧噪声的一级影响模型,并对回归的方程进行了检验。通过求取燃烧噪声传递函数,对燃烧噪声一级影响模型进行的研究表明:该模型与燃烧压力最大值无关,与压力升高率最大值和高频压力振荡最大值及发动机结构因素有关;模型方程有一定的适用价值;压力升高率和压力高频振荡频率是影响燃烧噪声的重要因素。The effect of the first-level influence factors on combustion noise of DI diesel engines was studied. By using the method of multi-regression analysis, the first-level influence model of combustion noise sound pressure level was established. The first-level influence model was proved. By using the transfer function of combustion noise, the first-level influence model of combustion noise was discussed. The results show that the first-level influence model of combustion noise doesn't relate to the maximum cylinder pressure, but relates to the maximum rate of pressure rise, maximum amplitude of high-frequency oscillation of combustion pressure and structure factors of an engine; the equation of the first-level influence model of combustion noise has some practical value; the rate of pressure rise and the frequency of high-frequency oscillation of combustion pressure are important factors of to influence the combustion noise.
