船用中速柴油机No_x排放特性试验分析及实船测试探讨

摘　　要：对一台船用中速柴油机进行了NO_x排放台架试验,得出并分析了其试验区域内的NO_x排放特性。试验结果表明：柴油机作为船舶主机,在其可能持续运行区域内,按某推进特性运行时NO_x排放受转速影响变化较小,按不同的推进特性运行时NO_x排放变化较大。根据柴油机NO_x排放特性,并结合试航特点,建议在船舶试航时对主机进行NO_x排放实船测试,并以试航工况曲线为基础建立相应的试验循环工况标准。This paper investigated the NOx emission of a medium-speed marine diesel engine on the bench test. The results show that the level of NOx emission changes little with speed when the engine runs on some propeller characteristic in the steady operating area, whereas changes much on different propeller characteristics due to the different ship resistance. Based on the NOx emission of the engine and considering the characteristics of trial voyage, this paper suggested that the NOx emission measurement on board for main diesel engine should be carried out during the trial voyage, and that the test cycle based on the trial voyage propeller curve should be defined as the standard test cycle.
