颅体针结合治疗中风后痉挛瘫痪35例

摘　　要：目的:观察颅骨缝针刺(颅针)结合体针治疗中风后痉挛瘫痪的效果。方法:取病灶侧颅骨缝的颞缝、矢状缝、人字缝、冠状缝为针刺部位;体针取患肢缺盆、肩、天井、手三里、三间、血海、足三里、太冲穴位。每日针1次,30次为1个疗程,1疗程后观察疗效。结果:35例患者,基本痊愈1例,显著进步13例,进步19例,无变化2例,总有效率91.43%。结论:颅针结合体针治疗中风后痉挛瘫痪有效。Objective: To observation clinical effect of skull sutures acupuncture combined with body acupuncture on spastic paralysis after apoplexy.Methods: Skull sutures acupuncture parts are on the pathological side of temporal suture,sagittal suture,lambdoid suture,coronal suture;Body acupuncture are Que pen,Jianyu,Tianjing,Shousanli,Sanjian,Xuehai,Zusanli,Taichong,etc.acupuncture once a day,30 times is a period of treatment.And to observe clinical effect after a period of treatment.Results: The result showed that among 35 cases,1 case has been cured completely,marked effectiveness in 13 cases have turned better,19 cases have got good and no any effect in 2 cases.Total effectiverate is 91.4%.Conclusion: skull sutures acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is an effective therapy on spastic paralysis of apoplexy.
